Yes, we offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size (of the same product only), please add a note of this on your delivery note. If the product is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead and we will contact you to let you know. Please note, we cannot offer exchanges for different products. Your refund will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt of the returned goods to our premises. Please be aware that once your refund has been processed, it can take 3-5 days to appear in your account. This is beyond our control and is dependent on your payment provider.
