We've compiled a list of our frequently asked questions to help you with your shopping experience with us.
Cash I dont live in the UK. What currency do I pay in? What about taxes? Plus

Due to currency conversion rates imposed by payment providers on both businesses and customers, we now process payments in GBP only. During the checkout process, you will see an estimated value in your own currency but at the payment stage, you will be charged in GBP and your own bank will convert the amount. This is the cheapest solution for our customers.

Please also note that the website automatically deducts GB tax (currently 20%) from any overseas customer.

Custom tariffs and handling fees vary according to each country. For example, The USA currently has an $800 threshold before any tax/tariffs are applied (3rd April still in effect until further notice). Please check your own country's information as it can vary and change.

Briefcase I am in the EU. What is GPSR and how does it apply to me? Plus

In December 2024, the EU brought in new rules on all imports into the UK. This is called GPSR and was created to ensure all products conform to safety guidelines to protect consumers. The House of Foxy products are fully compliant - the information is provided specially for customs and government representatives.

Store Do you have any shops/stores I can visit? Plus

We do not have any ‘House of Foxy’ stores you can visit, however we do have stockists all around the world. Please visit our Stockist page for a full list of our stockists.

Refresh Do you offer exchanges? Plus

Yes, we offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size (of the same product only), please add a note of this on your delivery note. If the product is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead and we will contact you to let you know. Please note, we cannot offer exchanges for different products. If you have any queries regarding exchanges please email us at hello@thehouseoffoxy.com or call during our office hours on 01422 376461.

Wallet How long will it take for my refund to show in my account? Plus

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt of the returned goods to our premises. Please be aware that once your refund has been processed, it can take 3-5 days to appear in your account. This is beyond our control and is dependent on your payment provider.

Plane Will I get charged import duty now the UK has left the EU? Plus

Now that the UK has left the EU, your order may attract VAT, custom duties and a clearance/handling fee. This is determined by the customs authorities in your destination country. Please note that you will not be charged UK VAT - this will be removed automatically from your order at checkout when you select your country from the drop down list.

Yes we do!

Our Digital Gift card is available to spend online, on any item on this website. The voucher will get sent directly to your recipient’s inbox, perfect for last minute gifts and because we email the voucher, postage is free.
