40s Hepburn Pleated Trousers - Black

My second pair of the "Hepburn" trousers and definitively not my last! Runs true to size (18). I`m 170cm and they can be worn with low heel shoes or winter boots without touching the floor.

They create the most gorgeous, elongated line that is sophisticated and flattering, while still emphasising my waist and showing just the right amount of my curves. I wear them to work meetings with silk blouses and on casual days with a sweater or top. I am 174 cm tall and they come down to the perfect length when I'm wearing low-heeled boots - they are just slightly too long when wearing flats, particularly when it's when wet outside. I might have them hemmed just a centimeter or two shorter, but it's not so necessary that I did it right away. I bought a second colour immediately after buying these! Thinking about a third now...

Absolutely gorgeous fit. Perfect natural waist, close fitting over the hips and hang beautifully. I am slim but pear shaped and have quite a flat, squishy bottom and these manage to make it look good, something rarely achieved by anything other than skinny jeans or skirts. I can't wait to wear this with a blouse, they are SO Katharine Hepburn. Fitting is true to size.
