50s Perfect Pencil Skirt - Red

I had a few issues with the sizing of the skirt, and Ona from customer service was absolutely wonderful! The size is accurate to the size guide, unfortunately I am slap bang in the middle of two sizes, so will need to get it taken in an inch, but the fabric, quality, and shape are beautiful. Well worth the money.

I thought it was a bit long for my 5ft 2ins but I wore it today for the first time. Never had so many compliments. That little bit of strech worked for me . Saving up for another one. Smart, sassy and classy.

This really is the perfect pencil skirt. How long have I been looking for a longer length pencil skirt, not knee length. And best of all it has a pleat not a split. Modest, wearable and more in keeping with the era. It is figure hugging, but I would say the advice to go by your waist size is correct.

This skirt is really comfortable. Figure hugging but not overly tight and you can easily walk in it unlike lots of pencil skirts which seem very restrictive. The size tip was helpful referring to choose by waist size as there is indeed enough stretch in the fabric to make it very comfortable. Colour a little brighter than the web photo shows. Would love to see this skirt in a grey. Got some lovely comments on wearing.

Fabric hangs well and gives a lovely fit. Well made and well priced. Always happy with my purchases from House of Foxy.
