Inspired by Katherine Hepburn's iconic trouser suit look - these fabulous trousers are an authentic rework of an original 1940s trouser pattern adapted for the modern figure and in modern fabric.

Packed with features, this wide leg style has a turn-up, a high waist band, side zip and fastens with a single shell-look button. The wide leg is approx. 22 inches circumference. Deep pleats on the front run into a strong and slimming crease. Style also has 2 darts on the back. Topped off with contrast top stitching - this is a fantastic and authentic style.

Fits on the natural waist with a wide waist band. So comfy.

These are the perfect trousers for any 1940s enthusiast

the fit is perfect, and they are absolutely authentic! So much attention to detail has been put into them, as with all HOF clothing. Highly recommend!

Well these were exactly what I was looking for in trousers!

Great quality fabric, love the colour, fit is perfect round the waist and so comfortable, but most of all it has pockets! The only thing I have to do is take them up as theyre too long in the leg for me. I want them in all the rich autumnal/earthy colours!

Super soft material

When I got them they were waaaay long for me ! Im a petite dame at 160cm but after taking them to a tailor they fit perfectly now. Super soft material and the pockets are quite deep. You can easily fit both your phone , pocket mirror and wallet (maybe even a chapstick!) I feel like im wearing pyjama pants but still looking fabulous while doing so :)

Very flattering cut and drape

Sadly, I found they were just slightly too long on me. If I could wear heels they would fit perfectly, but sadly redoing the cuff at the bottom is beyond my sewing capability. (And I didn’t want to mess them up!)

Very happy with them.

Beautiful material and the weight makes them hang well. They’re so well constructed!
