40s Hepburn Pleated Trousers - Warm Taupe

I hold weight most heavily around my stomach area, and the lightweight nature of these trousers mean they skim over my lumps and bumps. Looking forward to buying in other colours! A fantastic 40s look.

The color is, as earlier mentioned here, towards a dusty pink. I found the waist a bit large, UK10 was slightly too large for my 71 cm waist, will have it sewn in about 5cm.
My main concern is that the material is not as thick as I expected, making the edge of the pockets visible and a bit pointy.
Overall however good pants :)

I am tall with a curvy waist/hip ratio and find this silhouette so flattering - they create a nice vertical line and show my curves while still being sophisticated and professional. They are also super comfy! The turn-ups of this pair are a little more floppy, but I fixed them in place myself with a needle and thread, and that did the trick (I sewed through the back layer of fabric of the turn-ups, but not both, so it doesn't show). I love the colour - a little pink-ish and goes well with most of the cooler-toned colours in my wardrobe, which is rare for a beige.

o classy, so comfy. I am 5'8" and normally wear a 30-32" inseam pant. There's definitely some extra length to these, but I don't find it an issue because I have some shoes that work perfectly. My legs look so gloriously long, and the waist--I have a waist when I wear these! In saying that, I suggest you measure from your waist because that's where it'll matter. I also like to wear shapewear with this because I'm obsessed with the lines it creates. It lays the fabric out perfectly. Personal choice. I don't think it's needed with these trousers.

I will be buying them again in other colors.
